With the recent release of the ultimate version of BATMAN V. SUPERMAN, DC has garnered plenty of attention with its cinematic universe; although much of it is not in a positive view. Needless to say DC has been ordered by its fans to step up with the quality of its storytelling which will be the main focus of the upcoming Suicide Squad. Well now movie fans can rejoice a bit as the H Hall at the convention center in San Diego was lit up with the first trailers of Wonder Woman and Justice League
Now while this bring much excitement, it also raises some questions as there was no siting of Superman in the whole trailer. In fact, it seems for the time being that this movie is more about getting Aquaman to fight for the cause, which I’m predicting is the first showing of Darksied as hinted at from the BvS scene in the city ruins. Other than that, the designs for Cyborg and Flash were exquisite; what was necessarily noteworthy was the speed force visuals with Flash. He literally moves from one place to another in flash (of light). Check out the trailer below.
The stand alone Wonder Woman movie trailer was epic (well as epic as back story movie can go). It shows a plethora of humor between Diana and Steve Trevor (played by Chris Pines aka Captain Kirk) especially at the end of the trailer. Other than that, the trailer displayed some fighting sequences with Diana and what seems to be Nazi soldiers, does this mean she is going to be the DC version of Captain America because if so the jokes and memes will be abundant in the interweb. The trailer does mention Zeus but I am waiting for the showing of Aries as he is probably the perpetrator of World War II in the DCCU (DC Cinematic Universe). Check out this trailer below.
No word yet on a drop date for either film but my guess is that the world will be gifted with these films in the next two years, probably six months apart from each other.
